Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Review

Class Environment Assessment Process

This review is following the Municipal Class Environment Assessment (EA) (amended 2024).

Throughout the study process, we will seek input will be sought from the public and external agencies.

Based on results of the Municipal Class EA Review, an Addendum to the Environmental Study Report (ESR) has be prepared to document any changes to the existing environmental conditions from 2017, any proposed changes to the previously EA-approved plan, and the proposed mitigation measures. The Addendum to the 2017 ESR has been made available for a 30-day comment from August 13, 2025 to September 12, 2025. The Notice of ESR Addendum has been posted on this website ("Public Involvement”), the Town of Innisfil’s website, and in the online Innisfil Today website.

If an Addendum to the 2017 ESR is required, it will be made available for a 30-day public and external agency comment period. Notice of Addendum will be posted on this website ("Public Involvement”) and the Town’s website and published in local newspapers to indicate where the Addendum is available for viewing.
