Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Review

Class Environment Assessment Process

This review is following the Municipal Class Environment Assessment (EA) (amended 2023).

Throughout the study process, we will seek input will be sought from the public and external agencies.

Based on results of the Municipal Class EA Review, an Addendum to the Environmental Study Report (ESR) will be prepared to document any changes to the existing environmental conditions from 2017, any proposed changes to the previously EA-approved plan, and the proposed mitigation measures.

If significant changes are proposed to the EA-approved plan, an Addendum to the ESR will be prepared to document any changes to the existing environmental conditions from 2017 and the proposed design changes to the interchange. The Addendum to the 2017 ESR will be available for a 30-day comment period near the end of the study. When the Addendum is available for viewing, a Notice of Addendum will be posted on this website ("Public Involvement”) and the Town of Innisfil’s website and published in local newspapers.

If an Addendum to the 2017 ESR is required, it will be made available for a 30-day public and external agency comment period. Notice of Addendum will be posted on this website ("Public Involvement”) and the Town’s website and published in local newspapers to indicate where the Addendum is available for viewing.
